Is card payment on my store actually secure?
Yes — payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers like Stripe or PayPal. Card details never touch our servers directly.
Is there a limit on how many products I can add?
Shop Starter is built for stores with up to 25 products. Shop Growth has no product limit and includes variations (size, colour, etc.).
Can you move my existing shop to WooCommerce?
Yes — we can migrate products, images and customer data from most existing platforms as part of the build.
Do you set up shipping and tax rules for me?
Yes — we configure shipping rates and Irish/EU tax rules based on how you currently sell before launch.
Will I be able to add products myself after launch?
Yes — you get a simple admin area to add products, update stock and process orders without touching code.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes — for larger stores we can split payment into instalments, either on a fixed schedule or tied to completed project milestones. We reserve the right to withhold final delivery of the store until the balance is paid in full.
Your annual renewal fee also covers the licence for the software we use to build and run your store. If it isn’t renewed, we reserve the right to stop using that software — it is licensed by its makers, it isn’t a one-time lifetime licence, and it is continuously updated and maintained by the vendor.
