Our Process
How We Set Up Your Blog
From what you plan to write about to a blog that is ready for regular posting.
Understand your content
We talk through what you plan to write about, how often, and who is actually going to write it.
Plan the structure
Categories, tags and the post template are mapped out before any design work starts.
Build and test
We build the blog and publish a test post through it ourselves, end to end.
Launch and train
The blog goes live and you get a short walkthrough on publishing your own posts.
Before you launch
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to write the posts myself?
With the Blog Setup package, yes — we set up the blog and train you to publish. With Blog Management, you can send us drafts (or just a topic) and we will write, design and publish posts for you.
Can you move my existing blog posts over?
Yes — if you already have a blog elsewhere, we can migrate existing posts, images and categories into the new structure.
Will the blog actually help my SEO?
A properly structured blog with clean URLs and internal linking is one of the most reliable ways to bring in ongoing organic search traffic — but it depends on posting consistently.
Does the blog need to be on the same domain as my website?
Yes, we set it up as part of your existing website (e.g. yoursite.ie/blog/) — search engines and readers trust that far more than a separate blog domain.
How much training is included?
Blog Setup includes one short session covering the editor, images and publishing a post. Additional training can be arranged if needed.
